About me
I am a results-driven Frontend Engineer and former Systems Analyst with 6+ years of experience architecting and building scalable web applications and enterprise systems. My strength lies in independently leading cross-functional delivery—bridging complex stakeholder requirements with production-ready, scalable frontend architecture.
Throughout my career, I optimized global database performance and infrastructure at Acer and managed enterprise HRM/BPM systems at NUEIP. At ConSem, I acted as PO, Frontend SA, and Tech Lead, building a brand-new global EDM platform from scratch in 6 months to seamlessly onboard internal cross-border employees across AMER, APAC, and EMEA. Spanning operations across 54 countries, I led product planning and UI/UX design, translating complex business needs into 130+ UI flows and 70+ actionable user stories.

How I Work
I bridge product needs and engineering
Having worked across SA, Dev, and PO roles, I understand each role's constraints. I translate stakeholder pain points into rapid prototypes externally, and write explicit Input/Output specs internally so developers can execute without friction.
I focus on solving the real problem first
Before diving into implementation, I clarify goals, constraints, decision-makers, and resource limits. Defining clear problem boundaries ensures solutions ship maintainable code that directly hits the business objective.
I apply production-grade standards over quick fixes
Instead of applying quick UI patches, I proactively adopt industry best practices taught by staff engineers from companies like Netflix and Microsoft—thinking through full component architecture and long-term maintainability from day one.
I am a self-driven fast learner
I transitioned into software development from a non-IT background and continuously expand my skill set after hours—from mastering web development, API design and system architecture to language certifications (TOEIC 870, JLPT N3).
